Coverage for “out-of-network mental health services”
Your deductible and reimbursement rate
Any preauthorization requirements
I’m happy to walk you through these questions if you’re unsure where to start.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based approach that helps the brain and body reprocess distressing memories.
Through guided bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements or tapping), EMDR helps reduce the intensity of emotional triggers tied to past experiences. It’s not hypnosis or “erasing memories” — rather, it allows the nervous system to file those experiences in a way that feels less overwhelming.
Sessions are paced carefully for safety and readiness. -
