Topics addressed include betrayal trauma and attachment injury, nervous system regulation, trauma and neuroscience, grief and loss, rebuilding a sense of self, and the process of healing through safety, boundaries, and repair. Participants gain greater emotional stability, clarity, and self-trust, empowering them to move forward with confidence in their relationships, work, and personal life.
